Did you know that the 1st step of self-healing is to learn to fix your Primary Food before stepping onto Secondary Food?

It’s not what you eat mostly that causes illness but what you feed your mind, heart and soul always is what creates complications too, which inculcates eating disorders.

Food is just one-quarter of it, whereas what fills you up otherwise consists of the majority.

Thus as a daily affirmation to build the habit of good health, wellness, and holistic healing, start detoxing from within.

Get into the habit of Letting Go:

Each day, build the habit of Letting Go by doing one release of a negative and attracting one positive.

Fasting for the body is something that has been going on for ages and ages. We all are used to fasting in ample ways like just water, liquids, fruits, or even with a variety of natural and whole foods -that not only satisfy our taste buds but heal us unknowingly too. This method cleanses our gut and makes us healthy.

But what about the Real Fasting that is utmost required for the purification of the soul? Isn’t that equally important too, or maybe more?
