The Art of Drabbling
Crafting concise tales
Today’s random word is prosy.

Welcome to another drabble of exactly 100 words. No more, no less.
Ms. Rodriguez, the creative writing teacher, paced the classroom, her enthusiasm infectious.
“Alright, class. Today, we’re diving into creative writing known as drabbles!” But, she was met by a sea of puzzled faces.
“Drabbles?” Jeremy echoed, scratching his head.
Ms. Rodriguez grinned. “Yes, drabbles! They’re short, concise stories, exactly 100 words long. But beware, they can quickly become prosy if you’re not careful.”
She guided them through the art of brevity, urging them to trim excess words and infuse each sentence with meaning.
As the class scribbled away, Jeremy’s skepticism faded, replaced by excitement for this newfound drabble storytelling challenge.
