THE ARROGANT INTELLECTUAL ELITE
First question: Is my shadow projecting out my nature upon those I am about to criticize? Could be, but if so, I like the rest of us, don’t see it. You are the judge of that.
The Intellectual Elite are those who believe they are better prepared to handle the truth than the “serfs”, you and me.
Who are they? They are particularly found in our government, and most prominently in the Pentagon. They are convinced, as was the Colonel in “A Few Good Men”, that we, the serfs, “Can’t handle the truth”. (That line was an ad lib by Jack Nicholson).
This is a serious situation. These people, our employees fully believe, they are required to lie to us to protect us from ourselves, when in fact they lie to protect themselves in their positions of power.
Like the “Divine Right of Kings” in pre Magna Carta days, they feel so superior to us, everyone other than them, that they are fully justified in lying to their employers. I know, I’ve said this before, but this is in a different context.
We see this air of superiority particularly concerning the issue of UFO/UAP. But, this attitude expresses itself in numerous ways.
Also specially vulnerable to this arrogance is much of our scientific community. Many of our scientists do not follow the scientific method of keeping an open mind and always challenging what they think they know.
Discoveries, by definition come from outside the current paradigm of presumed knowledge, meaning the true scientist must look beyond what is currently accepted ‘fact’.
Too many of our scientists personally identify with what they have stated as their opinions about truth. They refuse to consider evidence that runs counter to their previous statements regarding “scientific proof”.
We see this attitude throughout all fields of scientific pronouncements, from Egyptian “experts” regarding the history of ancient Egypt to folks like Dr. Shawn Kirkpatrick, speaking for the Pentagon, when he declares, although he knows better, that there are no anomalous sightings that surpass our current knowledge of physics. Shockingly, the eminent Harvard professor, Avi Loeb, supports that position.
They can’t be so ignorant as to believe that. It is a shocking position to take when we, you and I, see the UFO/UAPs performing stunts that clearly defy our current knowledge of physics.
I understand Kirkpatrick’s take on this because his bosses at the Pentagon tell him to lie. I do not understand Loeb’s shocking agreement with him.
A man of moral grit, when told by his bosses to violate his principals, would quit that job. The Nazis who murdered Jews tried to excuse themselves saying, “I was just following orders”. That won’t fly.
No, I am not comparing Kirkpatrick to Nazis. I am just pointing out that immoral conduct cannot be excused by saying, “I was just following orders.”
He should either tell us the truth, or quit his fucking job. Why not? Apparently he believes only he and his other intellectual elites can handle truth that we cannot.

This attitude is not restricted to the Pentagon and the UFO/UAP issue. It is rampant in the cult of the current pseudo-conservatives. They have no qualms about lying to the world. They are attempting to build a false reality.
They believe, foolishly, that dictatorship is a better government than democracy. They have no concept what dictatorship means. It is the BIGGEST, MOST INVASIVE FORM OF GOVERNMENT, and they claim to seek little government control of individuals.
This is such total nonsense one must question THEIR intellectual competence. In a dictatorship, in which they are foolish enough to believe they would be favored, THERE ARE NO FREEDOMS, beginning with free speech.

I did not set out to dump another political rant on you. My point is, those who think they are intellectually superior to everyone else to the point they are free to lie to us are simply wrong.

It has been said, “Ignorance is bliss”. Unfortunately, there is some truth in that. People seem to often prefer to remain ignorant of the truths that would cause them some distress, so they would prefer to simply avoid having to get their arms around a truth they find disturbing.
There are many examples of this. They one I was thinking about devoting this essay to was the story of Cleve Baxter, who’s scientific work demonstrated that plants, yes, simple, ordinary plants not only have consciousness, but possess a telepathic consciousness.
I was uneasy that if I titled an essay “Telepathic Plants” it would sound so unbelievable many people would read no further.
About Baxter: I followed his work as it was developing back in the 1960s. He was an interrogation specialist for the CIA, a polygraph expert. Briefly, he aside from his “day job” began experimenting with the polygraph on plants.
An example of his finding, among many supportive findings, was when he had a polygraph attached to the leaves of a plant to investigate how plants might react to “painful” stimulation. Would they react?
He thought, “I wonder if I put a match to the leaf, would it react in an observable way?” He was shocked to see his polygraph make a big and recognizable reaction ‘the moment he THOUGHT about the match’.
He ran numerous similar experiments with the same results. He could only conclude that not only did the plant show some level of consciousness, but that it possessed telepathic and clairvoyant capabilities.
His experiments were scientifically sound, and he deemed conclusive that plants posses consciousness and what we term ESP talents. Plants are sentient.
I’ll keep this to a minimum, not fully reciting his history with this project, because by now, for those still with me, you are wondering, “This sounds hokey. Why have I not heard of it before, and how does it connect to Pentagon, UFO/UAP, and lying?”
Baxter’s work was summarily “rejected by the ‘scientific community’, not because anyone could fault his scientific procedure, or present any contrary evidence out of similar experiments, but solely because Baxter’s conclusions were simply outside the current paradigm regarding consciousness.
His remarkable discoveries regarding the nature of “universal consciousness” and its accompanying ESP capabilities was ‘rejected’ and ignored, but never disproven.
This is one of the best instances I know of the “scientific elite” denying and obfuscating vitally important truth, simply because they were not prepared to deal with such a profound revelation regarding the nature of consciousness.
Baxter’s work, having been denied, and ‘discredited’ by a consensus of the scientific community, was trashed, his spotless professional reputation destroyed, all due to an “intellectually elite” decision to ignore the profound implications.

My point is obvious. The “intellectual elite” lie when necessary to maintain exclusive control of vital information they have, or strongly suspicion is true regarding an issue of great importance. When confronted with clear proof of a principal their paradigm does not recognize, they simply kill that discovery.
This is all done to protect the ‘elites’ superior control on what the public, you and I, are allowed to know. This is a dictatorial act of information, and therefore mind, control.

There are obvious differences in the information re: UFO/UAP the Pentagon insists on hiding from us, and Baxter’ breakthrough discoveries regarding the nature of ‘universal consciousness’, as expressed in Baxter’s formulation of the theory of “Primary Perception”, the subject of a book he published in 2003.
His book is worth reading. It tells of his 36 year experience dealing with his subject.

So, here we see two different extreme programs by the “Intellectual Elite” censoring valid information from the public.
It is for the public, you and I, to stop this dictatorial oppression calculated to control our minds by presuming to control the information ‘they’ will allow us to learn.
We hear a lot about the infamous ‘they’, usually without a clue who ‘they’ are who are messing with our minds. This time we know. It is a frighteningly large group of people in power in government and in scientific circles who are censoring the information ‘they’ will allow us to consider.
This is done in order to maintain their power in government and science.
Understand please, I am a scientist (geophysicist and geologist) as well as a lawyer, mediator, and student of consciousness. I do NOT presume to condemn all scientists. Those who deserve criticism must be discovered by close observation, and CALLED OUT.
There are many in most professional fields who consider themselves to be the elites who, due to presumed superior intelligence, possess the right of the nobility to control our minds.
I am not a conspiracy theorist, per se. Indeed, I oppose most of them, but we must guard ourselves from those self-designated elites that attempt to control important information of all sorts.
We must not stand for these attempts to establish mind control over the ordinary citizens of our nation, whether it be by the military, politicians, scientists, or others.
A good place to start is with the UFO/UAP subject, and the Pentagon efforts to control vital information. We must demand of our Congressional representatives that they do their job representing us, and do whatever necessary through executive action or through the court system to require full disclosure of everything the government knows, allowing for those exceptional issues of national defense with the burden of proof resting upon those who claim it as a defense. This will require legislative action.
We have a right to know THE TRUTH.
