There have been organized anti-quarantine protests (ignoring self-distancing guidelines) in Michigan, Ohio, Arizona, New York, Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Utah, and probably on the dark side of the moon.

Conservative economist Stephen Wade, a member of the White House council to reopen the country, absurdly compared demonstrators who are dangerously opposing state social-distancing orders aimed at stemming the spread of the coronavirus to civil rights icon Rosa Parks.

Okay, this is getting scary.

So, as asked in the title, who are these tin-foil-hat psychotic chucklefucks? Well, as you might have already guessed, they are Donald “We-cannot-let-the-cure-be-worse- than-the-problem” Trump bootlicking sycophants. As reported by Dave Weigal of the Washington Post, “these rallies have have featured bold pro-Trump messaging”. And also from WAPO, “In Michigan, hundreds of people clogged traffic in cars or marched in the snow to protest against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), who last week added additional restrictions to the state’s stay-at-home order. Protesters waved American flags, Trump flags and an occasional Confederate flag. Many screamed “Lock her up!” and “We will not comply!”

Asked about the protestors, Trump said, ”These are great people.”
