I didn’t know rabbits did that.

I’m fairly certain the Caped Crusader thought this was a rabbit. She leapt towards it with the Let’s play vibe she reserves for rabbits. She would never do that for a cat, goose, or hen — she gives those a wide berth — and she never encounters squirrels. We have next to none around here as there are no tree highways for them to travel by. But this was one of the few, and it was sitting right where she’s standing. Then she bounded over and it did an impressive vertical take-off up the wall.
