Leadership is an art and has been the focus of many studies for a long time. Researchers and new managers looked for the secrets of the most successful and remarkable leaders in the world to become successful leaders in their life. What are the things that successful business leaders do? Which roles of a leader bring success and impact?

THE SELF

This is the part you do not see in many leadership books. Many times, you feel like the leader should be a results-driven execution machine. There are people like that, but that makes them a manager, not a leader.

  • Self-awareness and the willingness to self-improve
  • Be a role model of company values, ethics, and code of conduct.
  • Learn from everyone in every breath
  • See everyone like a star.
  • Live with a prosperity mindset.
  • Turn everything into an opportunity, even when things go bad.
