It’s time for another year of not celebrating the 4th of July.

Well, my family still barbecues, but we never thought it was anything special like Christmas. That’s a whole other article though.

For Black Americans, Independence Day has already passed. Juneteenth has already passed and it’s time for us to sit around, unwind, and do absolutely nothing with an American flag.
