- A study was done between early birds ( People who sleep in early) and night owls, each was given 7 hours of sleep in their sleep schedule and determined that early birds were trouble maintaining brain activity.
The study concluded that night owls recovered from lack of sleep quicker than early birds that involved brain activity.
