The 3 R’s of Chill
When we’re working really hard doing what we have to do we get tired. When we get the opportunity to rest it helps. It’s not always enough to relax when you rest.
When you’re relaxed as you rest it helps you to recharge.
We need to recharge. No matter what we are doing you sometimes just have to take a break. When we don’t take the time to it for that break we sometimes get irritable, testy, and sometimes just not fun to be around. That’s the time someone needs to tell us, Chill man, just chill. Even if that someone is us. Slow down step back and chill.
When this happens to me I try to follow the 3 R’s of chill and it gets me there.
Sometimes you just have to rest, relax, and recharge.

- Rest
- Relax
- Recharge
When you follow the 3 R’s of chill you will have the energy to start fresh with energy to burn.
The next time you feel overwhelmed. You start to get annoyed with what you’re doing or with everyone around you. Do us all a favor. Take that break.
