That’s a Wrap

A poem

Photo by Alexander Mils on Unsplash

In times of stress I think of wraps, of dumplings, of sushi rolls, neatly cocooned in a shell of safety and warmth.

Perhaps it is time to invest in a weighted blanket?

With the help of my trusty random word generator, the tiny poem prompt of the week is: wrap. Reading this tiny four-letter word gave me this fuzzy feeling, not because of how full and warm each meal gives me, but of how it reminds me of the nice cool weather of winter and how I can finally be snuggled up in the blankets I’ve been crocheting lately.
