It’s that time of the year again — time to be thankful!

I wish all of you a safe and blessed Thanksgiving!

This year we remain separated from our loved ones and her friends

Many of our parents and older relatives and friends are spending this day alone and have been living in what seems like perpetual solitary confinement.

I hope this day finds you all well and thankful for the mercies we have been afforded.

This picture, I think, depicts perfectly how many of us are feeling this year. This turkey seems all alone in the world and perhaps aware that he may be headed for the dinner table.

There does not seem to be another fowl for miles — kind of feel like many of us are feeling today.

This thanksgiving I am extremely grateful for:-

  1. Life
  2. Life, again —grateful I did not die from COVID
  3. Family and friends — grateful for family and good friends
  4. My work family
  5. My employment

As you enjoy your Thanksgiving day with food and hopefully some family. I pray that we find moments for which we can be grateful.

Happy thanksgiving whether it be spent on a zoom call or face-timing your loved ones.

If you are having guests over, remember to social distance, practice general hygiene, do not share utensils or food.

Try to have fun.

What are you grateful for this Thanksgiving?

Be well, be safe!
