Thanks Giving Banquet

So many places and faces, how do I pace

endless demands with seamless grace?

Banquets of change with family and friends,

terrine’s of tales begin to blend

loss with wins, death with life,

time with distance, ease with strife.

To sip love stories, the rarest of wine

to savor each moment, not seek but find

a LAUGH till tears tumble to toes,

a LOVE most dear, it gracefully grows,

a fire to warm my desire to date,

a LIFE most kind, aware and awake.

This, a divine banquet I dine from NOW

truly a balance between when and how.

To play with time served on eternal plates

by infinite souls and stellar mates.
