I am so thankful For everything in my life Big, small, good and bad

I like to start each day thinking of things that I am thankful for and I record them in my gratitude journal. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining outside and there’s a flood — I’m thankful and grateful for that too. Without rainy days, there would be nothing to grow or learn from = no flowers.

It is super important to express gratitude. In fact, researchers have found that by practicing gratitude, there was a noticeable improvement in people’s physical and mental health. Not only that, but the study participants were able to sleep better and felt more empathetic towards others. Another interesting discovery was that the individuals who expressed gratitude and appreciation for their partner (or friend) not only felt more positive towards that other person, but they also felt more positive about the entire relationship in general!

These are some great benefits for being thankful and grateful! I challenge you to think of three things you are grateful for today. 🌞

For me, my three things would be: my cat that always wants to cuddle, being able to dance whenever my heart desires and my morning coffee with Italian sweet cream. ️I feel totally blessed that I have the life I have.

Thank you for reading! ❤
