Thank you, God, for Creating Dogs
One of his cutest creations ever

Just look at the above picture.
What is the first word that comes to your mind?
Never mind.
I know it's ‘cute’.
That’s how dogs are.
Cute.
Ever since I have understood that there are other creatures called animals apart from humans, I have loved dogs. I have always admired them and adored them.
Even while writing essays on them, I used a lot of adjectives, such as cute, sweet, funny, playful, loyal, loving, caring, soft, fur-ball, etc.
Dogs are so kind and giving by nature. They are so protective of their owners. They have the capacity to adjust themselves anywhere. You give them food, water, and shelter and they are all yours.
If you're really a loving owner, you will start seeing your dog's true personality.
Not getting up in the morning when being woken up, loving belly-rubs, cuddling and spooning at least thrice a day, playing fetch, doing all sort of tricks for their favorite treats, sniffing every visitor like a member from the bomb-squad, putting their heads out when in a car, running like maniacs on the beach, and the best one is hating the owner when it comes to bath time.
When I had a dog
I too had a dog when I was six years old. We called him Jimmy. He was a young pup at that time. Though he was not a live-in pet, he came to our house every day. My mom fed him food, water, and even bathed him.
My dad and I played fetch with him.
My grandfather always hated dogs and he never let Jimmy enter his home. Lol. Jimmy never minded as he was a sweet and loving soul.
But as he grew old, he became very dangerous. Since he was living on the streets, his behavior had changed a lot with time. He would at times growl at us and that made us sad.
He even bit mom once when she tried to bathe him. We often took him to the vet when he was sick or injured. He was with us for a long time, but towards his last days, we kind of grew apart.
But I could say one thing, that Jimmy still remembered all the love we gave him and he always gave us a thankful look.
But do we deserve this cute treat from God?
I barely think so. I have heard, read, and seen several videos and stories where dogs are subjected to several atrocities. They are forced to go through a series of heart-breaking torture routines for years.
By the time someone rescues them, they have completely lost the ability to trust.
But you would be surprised to see when the volunteers of a rescue team from various animal shelters treat them with love, offer clean food and water, they start trusting them after a while.
Sometimes this trust is so strong, they even count on humans to locate and save their newborns. Isn't that the most beautiful thing ever?
But I wish I could tell these cute creations, that humans are genetically not capable of keeping their promises. At some point, they will break it.
But again, not all humans are the same.
A man who is the best example for raising pets
I have been following a popular channel on YouTube, which goes by the name, Milperthusky. The owner, Aaron has three cute huskies, Millie, Rupert, and Lola.
The way he, his wife, and kids treat the huskies is so incredible to watch.
They are literally treated like kids. You will see the beauty of raising dogs and kids together. Aaron is constantly trying to teach his kids the values of love and compassion. He makes sure the kids treat the huskies with care, never hurt them in any way, and give them as many cuddles and kisses as possible.
When Aaron’s second son, Parker, was born, Millie, the female husky never left Parker’s side.
Parker would sleep peacefully in the cot, and so would Millie. The scene just melted my heart away. Millie took Parker for her own son and was very protective of him.
And what will Millie get in return? Her favorite treats. Not really. She sure knows, she doesn't have to turn into a nanny to get her treats. But she does it because that’s how she is, that’s how dogs are.
Loving, caring, and protective.
Below is a video of Millie becoming Parker’s mom from day 1. This will be the sweetest thing you see today, I promise.
