I frankly had no idea how much people cared about me

I haven’t written very much on Medium lately. Not sure why exactly.

But, I had to share with you what happened this past week.

I am absolutely blown away by the love I have received for my birthday this past Saturday. I had no idea that I was so loved. I mean that.

I just go about my day doing my thing. Teaching, writing, paying my bills, etc., and frankly am not conscious of the love that people have for me.
