Anyway, as I sit here in shock and thanking God for the following I have gained, I thought it would be a great idea to produce a thank you letter.Thank you to all my 22 followers and counting(fingers crossed) to gain attention and learn from. I have read some, if not all, of the stories each of you have created. I will do a separate letter of gratitude to them, the articles I have read, and learned from.I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to be a writer on Medium, but I am glad that I have the opportunities to challenge myself in this world of content creation, a hobby I have never considered for myself.Thank you for the privilege, honor, and the chance to read different stories and articles. A Letter to My First Followers

When I joined Medium last month, I didn’t have any expectations about gaining a following, or that anyone would read anything that I’ve written or made a comment on. I joined Medium as a way to challenge myself, which is another conversation for another time.

As of October 12, 2020, I have a total of 22 followers. When the thank you letter was processed and produced, I had 8 followers, and I was appreciative and grateful; since then, I grew, and I need to show gratitude. To say I was shocked to see twenty-two strangers following me as a ‘b-list writer’(I call myself a baby writer) was and still is an understatement.
