Tenth Day Prompt Of Lifeline Poetry Contest
Let’s write our destiny!
Greetings Poets,
Today’s the tenth day of the Lifeline poetry contest. Soon, we are going to reach the end. Therefore, appreciate that you took up this challenge and wrote some great poems.
Congratulate yourself to keep going on. Celebrating small successes will help you to go longer and achieve more.
Today’s theme is “Destiny”.
I believe in destiny. It’s a magical thing created by God. I believe in destiny but not in magic. I don’t think that my destiny will decide what will be my future. I can not expect that without doing hard work, I will achieve anything in my life if I have a good destiny.
Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.
- William Jennings Bryan
Destiny is not a matter of chance that some people will have and others don’t. No matter you believe in destiny or not, you have to work hard to achieve what you want. No magical thing will happen, it’s just happened in our imagination. In this reality, hard work only matters. You have to create your own destiny by doing hard work.
You can always have a chance to control your destiny. It’s your choice whether you want to just sit and keep regretting not having a good destiny or luck. Or you can stand up and work and achieve all you want. Therefore, Destiny is all about choice, not a chance.
Remember, all of us are destined for great things. We have to work until we don’t get those great things. Nothing comes for free in this world. To get anything, you have to pay the price. Destiny will not be going to serve you success with hard work. You have to pay the price of hard work to achieve success.
Today’s prompt is,
If God gives you a chance to determine your life’s destiny. How you want your life to be if you will have control over it. What are the things that you will not include in your life? Will you enjoy the life in which you already know that what is going to happen?
We don’t like to watch a movie that we already watched before. Do we enjoy life, in which we know every moment what’s going to happen?
After some time, we will get bored and might do not enjoy the journey of life.
Share your perspective about this and create a beautiful poem.
