They believe that they deserve love and connection to others, and to live meaningful lives. People who do not live Wholeheartedly feel that they are not good enough, and do not deserve love and connection.

If you want to feel more worthy of love and belonging, follow these ten simple “Do”s. And stop doing the corresponding “Don’t”s.

DO: Be your true and authentic self DON’T: Care what other people think about you

2️⃣ Compassion

DO: Have compassion toward yourself DON’T: Try to be perfect

3️⃣ Resilience
