While accepting her record-setting Grammy Taylor Swift sent out one big whammy The title of her next (most likely) hit release The Tortured Poets Department that did not cease To give the critics, fans and all who wait to hear The reason Taylor would create a name so clear To say to we the ones who forever claim That poetry is our only true life’s game Are these new songs suggested puns Projecting words to melodies for fun Or are they written so the world may see What we say from our hearts through our poetry We will have to wait until April nineteenth To hear the songs from the world’s new queen To know for sure her reason and her wit Then question if she deserves to remain upon the throne she sits. — WOLRAD
