There are many different kinds of techniques which can improve our life for the better.

You may experience fear, stress, anxiety, or doubts. You have low self-esteem. You feel like you’re not good enough. You don’t understand why you’re always unlucky in life. Nothing good happens in your life, and you constantly feel miserable day by day.

What if I told you that your life can improve just by tapping your face?

I know it sounds weird, but hear me out.

I came across this technique through the Law of Attraction online community many years ago. We’re talking about 5–7 years ago. I’ve read and listened to people’s statements about the technique. They express how it works for them. Some of them had chronic pain for years and after a few days of tapping, the chronic pain was gone.

I’ve used this technique on and off. I use it daily now, as much as possible. As often as I can. It mainly helps me on an emotional level. I feel a calming effect. I start to yawn. I start to relax more. My body starts to relax.

I’ve found cash on the street. I’ve received more love from people. I trust myself while staying calm. I start to trust the process in my life.

EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique.

What is EFT and how does it work?

EFT is like the ancient Chinese acupressure combined with today’s psychology. It originates from the Eastern 5,000 years ago. It’s an ancient practice. It’s was used to release the emotional blockage. It was to connect the body’s meridian lines and find release. You tap your body and face as you’re making statements to yourself. You get rid of your limited belief system. It helps to release any negative belief and emotion out of your body. You confront and release the traumas in your life.

You tap on specific areas on your face and body while speaking out the affirmations aloud to yourself.

You talk yourself into positivity. You speak out positivity. You tap the negative emotions out of your body. You confront your negative belief before releasing them out of your body.

You make a statement while tapping your body and face.

Tapping on yourself can put you in alignment with yourself and have a clear concentration. It helps you to get back in focus and clear out your thoughts from any negativity. It can increase your energy level. It puts you in a great state of mind.

We deal with negative emotions. We face our demons every day. We struggle with fear and worry all the time. We’re more scared by the fantasy than the reality. We’re terrified of a fantasy that doesn’t exist yet. We haven’t healed from our past traumas.

Tapping can help us to confront our shadow/demon/negativity by speaking them out and ending it with uplifting words about ourselves.

Examples:

  • “Even though I’m scared, I choose to love myself.”
  • “Even though I’m stressed out, I completely accept myself.”
  • “Even though I’m scared to do the test tomorrow, I fully accept and believe in myself.”
  • “Even though I had trauma in the past, I fully love myself.”

You have to believe and accept yourself as you are first.

You may start to cry because all your emotions are coming out. It’s because you’re confronting yourself for being anxious, depressed, sad, scared, and heartbroken. You confront all the emotions you’ve repressed and kept inside for a long time. You ran away from these negative emotions for many years, and now you’re confronting them with the EFT technique. That’s why you can feel emotional during the tapping session.

All your emotions start to arise and awaken with the tapping. But you will feel better after doing it. You need to do it to feel better. Re-setting your mindset makes you feel calm and back on track in life.

You’ve released all the toxicity out of your body, mind, and soul.

Your body becomes tense and tight because you feel stressed out.

When you do the tapping, your whole body starts to relax again. Similar to meditation. Your mind is loud as a disturbing sound because you constantly think all the time. Tapping can shut off the disturbance in your mind. Your mindset is like a messy room, and tapping cleans the room inside your mind. It taps the mess out of your mind. It vacuums all the clutter in the room.

Just like the effect of meditation and deep breathing.

You feel a calming effect after doing the EFT tapping.

You can attract your desires using the EFT tapping such as becoming a love magnet or a money magnet. You can use it to attract a romantic partner or attract more money into your life. You can use it to remove fear and worries. You can use it to remove emotional or mental pain in your body. The tapping can release the chronic pain you’ve dealt with for years and help you to heal from your trauma. To boost your goals by using the EFT tapping you have to take actions in life to reach closer to your goal.

I believe our internal pain stems from being unbalanced in life and not having a connection with life and nature.

In this article by The Huffington Post, they said:

“A novel therapy called EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques is an extremely effective treatment for PTSD, according to new research published in the scientific journal Explore.”

“It has been used successfully at Fort Hood as well as VA Veteran Centers, and even at forwarding operating bases in Afghanistan. An earlier meta-analysis found a very large treatment effect for depression.”

You have to believe it works.

The man in this video is Brad Yates. He has another video to clear fear and worries. I’ve followed him for years. He has plenty of videos where he taps in certain topics on his channel. His most viewed video is this one about becoming a money magnet.

Read the comments for people's success stories. Then try this for 1–2 weeks and see how it has worked for you. (Also if your goal is to earn more money.)

The best thing about this technique:

It’s free.

P.S. Take 100% responsibility when you’re doing the EFT tapping.
