a love poem with audio and music

Tango

I told you of my ache, deep in the core of me and I cannot seem to wake from your eyes that coax… and you seek from me the comfort of my arms.

Love is not the only word, for this rapt feel in the soul; can it be the very same word as used by all who feel this? No, we are a duet, a song, a cry, a pure gasp of mind and soul.

Legs step, and arms wrap, firm. It’s a spin, a pull, then a lazy kiss, a held hand, a reach around your back, a feel, a howl, a lift, a turn of neck and you sigh soft my name. There must be a word for this, this lure more deep than love.
