I don’t know about you, but I talk to myself. I’ve done this since I was a kid. It never bothered me. I just talk to myself.

Except now, I talk to my spirit guides. They are invisible. Mostly, I talk to them in my head, but occasionally, if I am alone, we will conduct a verbal conversation.

Me: “Where did I put the damn pan?”

Seth: “Well, why don’t you look under the sink.”

Me: “Why would it be under the sink? It’s supposed to be in the other cupboard.”

Seth: “I don’t know, Dear. You’re the one who does the dishes.”
