Sitting on a beach absorbing the rays of the sun, feet immersed in the sand and stones, standing in the ocean, feeling the cold water enliven and invigorate my entire being and feeling complete peace, balance and harmony…
Taking time out from our busy, matrix-led madness and letting nature work its magic through us and all around us…healing us, calming us, rejuvenating us…
Watching tranquil waters sway back and forth and seeing the beauty that lies all around us and how nature teaches us to understand the meaning of ‘going with the flow’…
Why do we allow things to get so complicated? Chasing money, climbing ladders, meeting deadlines…losing sight of our precious dreams, passions, lifeline…
Resting on blankets, eating picnics, throwing stones in the water, making wishes on penny coins and letting the ocean take them away…just like I did in my childhood…innocent eyes, endless wishes and carefree spirit…
Seeking solace to soothe our souls in times of stress, monotony and repetitive routines brings a much needed relief, remedy and reassurance…
Staring at moving clouds, sun glistening on the water, feeling the wind’s breeze, calmness and peace washes over and a deep knowing that ‘All is well, All is well, All is well’…
Freedom from all chains of limitations placed in one’s path is the soul’s craving once we awaken to the complexities and conditioning we find ourselves in…
Freedom to be…to set ourselves free…to converse with the universe, embrace infinite possibilities and go with ‘let’s just see’…
Never stop being a dreamer, pursuing passions, letting your creativity be unleashed…try one thing out, or a million and one things, but start and never stop…honor, love and heal yourself…
