Summarize

POETRY|ABSTRACT AND LITERAL

Take Me Away From This Place

Heading out to lighter pastures

trifles of foregoing embraced summaries of movement congealed frozen pigments never bailing mainly from hindsight she prevailed

potions staining fugitives awash helping craftsmen memorize sand art lives for art’s sake pulling all its loyalists with it

freedom lies where freedom is drowning promises of how it should be museums delivering poverty in its wake eyes deceive in their viewpoints

creeping in through minor slats drinking blood training subterfuges flailing perceptions placating bruises steamrolling drummers from guidance

I hollered to see if anyone was listening she waved but played for the other team not on my side as I originally understood sending troops to avoid her delusion

Ew,” was all I could think to myself and spread the word to my compatriots back to the drawing board without warning “movement for movement’s sake” as the saying goes

then he wrote that story that threw me I get it, just not the way I see life it’s a healthy perspective in its own right truthsplaining while others prefer not

dots of dots mirroring salutations bland complications climbing statues cramming blindfolds over eyesores I never understood why you liked me

getting rid of congeniality when fake wrong tree to climb I will escape savvy and slippery, you can’t trap me webs of a loom I am not one of your strings

milk toast in decorations of plaid too much of the same I am dizzy portrait of someone in deep competition despite the facade of love and compassion

superior, inferior, good, and bad your moral code makes me want to jump off a cliff and never return let’s part ways and call it a day

tremendous mouthwash without a flavor compartmentalized generosity when it serves get a dictionary and learn the right codes upgrade your definitions, they are outdated

I tried to inspire, but you were dazed and confused mimicking forgetfulness or tepid excuses remembering only what you projected onto the scene that included no other

This is an abstract stream of consciousness hitting on some current themes in my life. Being an artist and leaving a living situation that has run its course.
