Anger is the one of most powerful emotions we have. Its power can move mountains. And yet such a total of different hormones is too much for our rational brain to handle. When we are angry… we can say too much or even do too much. Which can lead to the biggest regrets in life.

We all are humans we all can become angry. Because let’s be real that is our biology just another way to meet stress. Of course, the big problem is that our species is more than 200,000 years old… and our modern society has existed only for decades. Original mechanisms such as anger are not made for today.
