Take Care Of Yourself And Stay Healthy
Avoid the COVID-19 virus
Eat right, get exercise, and stay well
The coronavirus pandemic has been around for almost a year. It has caused many difficulties along with much havoc in the world. The United States is now having a surge in cases of the COVID-19 virus, which is putting a huge strain on the health care facilities throughout the country. People should be doing their part to try and stay healthy.
There are record numbers of positive cases, and death numbers are rising. Thousands of people are testing positive every day in the United States with deaths causing devastation to families.
To slow the spread of COVID, there are measures which have been touted for many months by the medical experts and the Center for Disease Control. Governors have tried throughout the nation to place mandates or recommendations to stop the virus. It should not be that difficult for the general public to follow the advice of the experts and government leaders.
Most people who get positive COVID tests do not have serious consequences. There are many who have only mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. Many have recovered completely or partially after being affected by the virus. It is serious, however, and some people will suffer adversely for years from the virus.
Even those who have had positive tests and have recovered should still wear masks whenever they are out in public. Masks should be worn for the protection of the person wearing them and the people whom they encounter. Social distancing is also important to stop the spread.
Unfortunately, too many people oppose the restrictions and protest against simple matters like wearing a mask in public.
Staying healthy and taking care of yourself is always a good idea. Eating right, getting exercise and fresh air, and following guidelines should not be that difficult.
The coronavirus pandemic will someday be over. Until that time comes, we should all be doing our part to stop the spread.
