Enjoy the system to reach the goal

We worked together at an educational institute. She has a doctorate in Human Relations (HR) and is an assistant professor in the institute where I was the Head of the Post Graduate Department of International Business.

She discussed with me that she wanted to be an influencer and a fashionista.

My advice was that she already has a goal but she needs a system.

I explained to her that a system leads to a goal.

I have joined an online Yoga program these days that starts at 6.30 AM.

Every Sunday, I have a trainer who comes home, and his physical presence is a great help.

This is a two-step system that I follow. This helps me to achieve my goal.

What is my goal? To continue with my yoga practice regularly. For all goals to happen, systems must be there.

What is the ultimate goal of every person? Happiness and contentment.

Each one has a different way of gaining it. Some like to have lots of money to make them happy. Others like to be great musicians. Some like power, and many like to be associated with rich people and want to be known by people in their social circles.

You want to be a fashionista. Find a system.

She took the advice to heart. She opened an Instagram page and followed all the impressive personalities.

She began to post her pictures and depicted herself as a mompreneur. She and her daughter began to pose and put pictures on the page and became a great name in the influencer world.

She soon started gaining followers and now has 100k followers. In the last 3 years, with no background in this line, she worked very hard.

She has worked with the best brands and has influenced clothes, gift items, health supplements, physical fitness items, household goods, etc.

She weaves magic when she posts her pictures and reels.

15 days ago, she told me that she worked with the systems that we had worked out together and had one wish to be on the advertisement posters for people to know her. She already had many followers but did not get to the posters.

We made a system that she should contact some of the brands for whom she was influencing the products.

She did so, and lo behold she got a call.

This morning her photo was on the posters advertising an exhibition. Success at last. Her wish has been fulfilled with hard work and following a system.

To wrap up

So, life carries on. It moves on, but life has its experiences and lessons. Hard work is important to be successful in life. However, hard work without a system is of no use. To reach a goal, first prepare a system and then work on a strategy to reach your goal.
