Sworn Words to Refreshed Vibes and My Unfiltered Journey! šæš¤¬
My Cold Shower Real-Life Experience! āļø

As many of you know, I took some time off yesterday engaging for about 10 hours and doing a bit of exploring. It was a break from work, and it had a positive impact on my stats. Yes, no surprise! My stats went through the roof, but we know thatās what happens, donāt we?
Now, letās talk about the morning cold shower trend. I doubt that a third of Mediumās users truly embrace this frigid wake-up call. Intrigued by my mumās unwavering belief in its health benefits, and reading so many almost cloned posts on here, I made the decision to try out the "morning cold shower challenge." about 2 hours ago.
This morning, I got the cold shower running, climbed in, stood next to the flow with it turned away, and, truth be told, I was swearing, wondering if it was a sick joke. After about five seconds of severe pain, I almost collided with the shower glass. Stood there, took deep breaths, then got back under the evil jet. I managed to soap up, rinsed swiftly, and endured about six minutes in total. I didnāt reach enlightenment, but Iām sure my neighbor was elevated from my screams. Iāll be having a normal shower later to make up for it.
Iām sure that many keyboard warriors writing about this are putting it into practice, hmmm!

Anyway, I wonāt be incorporating it into my daily routine, itās just too harsh. Jokes aside, I felt surprisingly good afterwards and I didnāt need my coffee. I admit that I felt refreshingly invigorated. This ordeal was not for the faint-hearted. I do plan to try it again, but it wonāt be a daily ritual.
Todayās agenda involves my usual four hours of engagement, with a bit of exploring new content if time allows. If I inadvertently missed anyone, do let me know.
The cold shower supposedly aids in overcoming writerās block. Iām not sure if it worked its magic today, but it certainly provided me with something noteworthy to write about. Contemplating another cold shower, I might consider doing it sitting down. Although I entertained the idea of a warm shower afterward, apparently, that defeats the purpose.
I wish I could write an elaborate list of revelations for you here, but nope! It is what it is, and it was pretty brutal. Hopefully my immune system is boosted, and my heart a little stronger after that. š¤£
