Today, with the globally spreading New Age Culture; living as a ‘Genuine Christian’ is becoming very difficult; Perilous Times are here indeed…

Living a life of Holiness and Righteousness in a world full of opposing cultures will place a great demand on many. The Bible says… ‘Narrow is the Way to Eternal Life’ (Matt 7:14)

Today, with the event of New Age Culture flooding the world, transcending cultures, religion, race, age, educational, and economic barriers. ‘Society Correctness’ is becoming the New Normal.

Check around, people are conforming to the New Age Culture. This however will pose threat to living RIGHT as Christians.

Today, many Christians in the marketplace; Teachers, Lawyers, Doctors, Nurses, Carers, and so on are beginning to conform and mind how they talk, what they share or comment, on their personal social media pages, and how to relate to the new age culture which deliberately targets denying CHRIST, and downplaying the Lordship of Christ Jesus.

Many Christians today are facing intense persecutions, some silent denials of due promotions, while others outright losing of their jobs and benefits. Many Christians are being bullied for standing for the Teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ in their schools, offices and marketplaces.

All of these… leading to isolation and eventually loneliness.

It’s on us today!

What are the Characteristics of the New Age Culture? How can one avoid or overcome them? What is the way out of the Perilous times today?

Surviving loneliness from Christianity… Are you the only one in your Organisation, family, or community that seems to want to uphold the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ?

Are you getting frustrated with the undue flooding of wrong beliefs and cultures in our world today? You are not alone!

The Bible already spoke of it: That in the last days, perilous times shall come: Difficult times to be Christians…

‘This know also, that in the last days, perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, dispersers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!’ (2 Timothy 3:1–5)

If there is a time that the above scriptures express reality, it is now! Pause, Ponder, and think about it… Read the scriptures again. hmmm.

What is Christianity?

Let’s see how Wikipedia definitions go:

‘Christianity is an Abrahamic monotheistic religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. It is the world’s largest religion, with about 2.8 billion followers, representing one-third of the global population.’

‘Monotheism is the belief that there is only one deity, an all-supreme being that is universally referred to as God.’

‘Loneliness is an unpleasant emotional response to perceived isolation.’

“You are the Light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14 NKJV)

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulations but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world..” (John 16:33 NKJV)

Becoming A Christian.

How does one become a Christian according to the scriptures? The following step is an easy guide to receiving Jesus Christ as the Lord and Saviour.

- Believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God

- Believe that He died for all Humanity’s Sins

- Believe that He died, Resurrected, Ascended and now Sited at the Right Hand of GOD

- Call and Confess Him boldly as your Lord and Saviour

- Believe that He is coming back for His Saints at the end of this age.

‘Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’’(John 3:3 NKJV)

Expressing how this is done, the Scripture further shows:

‘That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.’

‘For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’’ (Romans 10:9–10, 13 NKJV)

The World Against Christianity.

No other religion is a threat to the world and Forces of Darkness than Christianity and Judaism. Christianity especially today is facing external attacks from governmental systemic anti-Christ policies and circulars. Socially, the modernization and new-age ways of doing things are deliberate antagonistic to the Christian faith and belief. Examples of such are the ease of indulgence, acceptance, and promotion of lawlessness and immoralities.

Beyond the external attacks, are internal attacks within the churches. The emergence and flooding of False Prophets and Fake worshippers. Unhealthy competition among church leaders, Immoralities and Corruption on a large scale, so much that the integrity of Christianity and Churches are being challenged.

The Good News however is that Our Lord Jesus Christ says He will build His Church and the Gates of Hell will not prevail against her. For there remain Remnants, according to the election of Grace, that is not bowing to the ‘Baal’ of this Age!

‘And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.’ (Matthew 16:18 NKJV)

‘Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace.’ (Romans 11:5 NKJV)

Some Signs Of The New Age Culture.

The New Age Culture is being mentioned a couple of times in this article. It will be good to see some clear characteristics it possesses. Understanding these will help in spotting its manifestations, thereby helping to profer a way of escape from them. Some of such traits are as follows:

• The New Age Culture is a Force. It is beyond a demon that can be cast out easily. It is one of the manifesting faces of the Anti-Christ foretold in the scriptures. Attacking nations, people, generation, at the same time.
• It Promotes Sound Mind … aside from Christ. Judging things based on Mental capacity and its intelligence only. Promoting Mental intelligence over spirituality. The deception in it is that the enemy can effectively control and manipulate the mind zone, thereby, promoting logical reasoning as authentic. One day, the Spirit of God told me;

‘If you base your life decisions on only what your eyes can see, or mental capacity can comprehend, you are living a life that is planned, concluded, and handed over to you! The question is, By who?’

Food for Thoughts! The Mind Zone is the key area that the Enemy is attacking and trapping many today. Hence believers are enjoined to Renew our Minds after Salvation. For the Mind is not born again, only the spirit! When the Mind is not renewed consciously and regularly, it becomes a free breed for the Enemy to operate from, even through Christians. A reason for many confused outcomes in Christianity.

• Living in the Eye of the Public. This Help to access details of the weaknesses and vulnerability of humanity, for opportunities to oppress them. Public reality shows is becoming a normal way of life today!
• Promoting Pseudo-Morality. Today, morality is been promoted, except that the standard used keeps changing: Pseudo-Morality. What the world accepted as wrong yesterday, has become the new normal today! Pseudo-Morality!
• It entrenches Lawlessness. The New Age Culture is hinged on the freedom to embrace lawlessness, immoralities, perversion, and wickedness. The more ‘BAD’ you are, the more celebrated you become!
• Natural Man and Education cannot resist them. This is a key trait of the New Age Culture. A natural man cannot withstand or overcome its oppression! Today, the world is canvassing support for various perversions and immoralities; because, they can see that the oppression is beyond the control of the victims. Yes, however, the choices we made, expose us to the corresponding forces and abilities. One day, the Spirit of God told me:

‘The abilities of Good are of God, The Abilities of Evil are of Darkness. However, the Will to make a Choice is of Man. when Man makes a Choice, the Corresponding Abilities back him. Now, Man will be responsible for the Choices he make today, and on the day of judgement.’

Pause, Ponder, and Think about this…

‘’See, I have set before you today life and good; death and evil.’

‘I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;’’ (Deuteronomy 30:15, 19 NKJV)

• It is Anti-Christ and Anti-Christ’s Kingdom. The New Age Culture is explicitly antagonistic to Christ Jesus, the Faith and Beliefs of Christianity, and the Kingdom of Christ. There may be a form of good work displayed, however, the core of Christianity is opposed vehemently!
• They are Globally accepted… (Society Correctness). The New Age Culture is a global phenomenon. It cuts across the barrier of age, race, gender, geographical location, education or economic status. It sweeps across all spectrums of life. Because it is a force against humanity at this end time.

Check around, it's as if, everyone is speaking the same language, so that any variance to this, will pose such a one as an odd one out. Making Christianity an endangered species, that is ‘not conforming to the generally accepted norms’.

The question now will be: ‘Can you dare to be different for Christ’s Sake? This question will have to be answered by all Christian at some point in their lives at this end time! At work, in School, Office, As a Professional, At Marketplace, or even in ‘Church.’ Can you dare to be different for Christ’s Sake? Pause, Ponder, and Think about this!

Some Realities of Christianity.

You are the LIGHT.

‘You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.’ (Matthew 5:14 NKJV)

• Your ways of life will judge and condemn the evil ones, even if you do not say a word! The Spirit of Christ in you is judging the evil spirit in them!
• Many will revolt against you simply because of the Divine Light you possess.
• Accusations, intentional attacks and oppression will be experienced as Christ foretold of tribulations in the world.
• Undue flooding of lawlessness to provoke you.
• Bullies and denial of rights and benefits at office places and from governments under the pretence that you are fanatic and not conforming to the generally accepted norms.
• Clear cut and intense Persecutions. . .
• Isolation and Loneliness eventually if not well managed.

Loneliness From Christianity.

It’s the end-time, the Perilous Times are real and here. The New Age Culture is becoming aggressively intimidating. Many are dumping their faith as foretold to save their faces against being the Odd man out! It is becoming a common occurrence today that many people are losing their jobs, persecuted and denied basic rights and benefits for Christ’s Sake. Even pastors are now being brought under the search light as to what to preach and what not to preach in their churches! The Devil is a liar! We Overcome the evil force by the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ in the Name of Yeshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ), Amen.

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulations but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world..” (John 16:33 NKJV)

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.” (2 Tim. 3:1)

Loneliness: God’s Perspective.

There is a GOD’s SPACE in every man… (The seat of Dominion). When this part is not filled by GOD, loneliness results.

‘For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him (Christ) and for Him.’ (Colossian 1:16 NKJV)

‘ And you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. (Colossian 2:10 NKJV)

Our completion can only be gotten in Christ Jesus, not in any other one, being, things, position, or possession! And we are made for Christ. Anyone not living for Christ will always have a vacuum not filled in their lives, leading to isolation and loneliness in spite of whatever height they might have attained in life educationally or economically!

The Dangers of Loneliness.

You may seem lonely… your thoughts are not and never lonely! Thoughts do not originate from you, and they are tools of influence. One day, the Spirit of God told me:

‘Thoughts are not mere information; Thoughts are tools of influence, the Thoughts you are not addressing, you are Submitting to.’

Unguided Thoughts are there to Steal, Kill, and Destroy lives. Yet, when people are perceived as isolated and lonely, they are still actively engaging in thoughts, thus, opening doors for the enemy to further oppress them!

(Rom. 6:16; Jh 10;10a; 2 Cor. 10:3–5)

Managing Evil Thoughts.

You must remember that the management of evil thought is a Battle. A conscious battle. Thoughts do not originate from you, and they will not submit to Christ (Word) without force. Therefore there is a need to guard yourself always with The Word of God, against all thoughts you are conscious of. The flooding of thoughts is to distract you from paying attention, until the evil thoughts are effectively sown, into your mind. Once sown, they are repeated, until you own them and voiced them into creation. However, as you consciously judge every conscious thought with the Word of God, they will submit to you, eventually!

The Bible enjoins us to take with us, Words, always.

‘Take words with you, And return to the Lord. Say to Him, ‘Take away all iniquity, Receive us graciously, For we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.’’ (Hosea 14:2 NKJV)

The Bible further explained the need to cast down all imaginations and bring all thoughts to the obedience of Christ. In other words, insist, until they bow to the Word of God in your Mouth.

‘For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.’ (2 Corinthians 10:3–5 NKJV)

It is some work, however, it yields a lot of great dividends in life if practised. As you get used to it, it becomes easier as many victories and deliverances are experienced.

Surviving Loneliness From Christianity.

Finally, let us address the core: Surviving Loneliness from Christianity… As stated above, we are in the end time, a perilous time, though and a difficult time for believers. However, it is also a good time for Believers to shine brighter and brighter. For as the world becomes engrossed in darkness, the Church will rise triumphantly in the Grace and Glory of Christ, the Anointed One, and His Anointing!

The scriptures made it very clear, that we have overcome the world because the Greater One lives in us.

‘You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.’ (1 John 4:4 NKJV)

This victory however is not automatic, Christians must activate and enforce this empowerment by Faith, for its manifestation in their lives and circumstances. How can one, therefore, play our part for the fullness of Christ’s manifestation in this end-time?

• Understand the Nature of the Attack. It is Spiritual, not Physical, nor Mental.
• It is a Life long Battle. Settle in to face it as long as you are on this earth.
• It is a Conscious, Real, and Serious Battle. If you are not in it, then chances are you are submitting to the forces of darkness already. It is a conscious battle. Step into it today!
• Make a Decision to overcome. Be resolute, and unwavering, the seemingly prevailing situations notwithstanding. Stand your ground on your faith in God and Christ. For the Greater One is in you!
• Engage the WIll of Man to Choose Life. Choose Christ. Choose the Word of God. Declare boldly that you Choose Life, and the corresponding abilities will back you.
• Develop a Lifestyle of Intimacy with God. A lifestyle of Intimacy with God is both a decision and a conscious effort that must be made by all Christians. Spending long enough time to Worship God, Meditating on the Word, and Praying in the Spirit, will open you up for a closer relationship with God, where security is guaranteed!
• Dare to be Different. As stated above, from time to time, decisions will have to be made to take a stand for Christ and His Faith. Dare to be different, even in the face of bully, attacks, and persecution.
• Engage the Grace of God in Christ. We are at different levels and degrees of yeildedness to God, hence, we can fall short from time to time. God got you cover! Go straight to the Throne of Grace for some Help… Whenever you repent of any shortcoming and ask for Mercy, you are activating the Passcode into the Throne of Grace, where, some more Grace will be dispensed to you. If you do this regularly, you will discover that the weakness, sins, or shortfalls will disappear into strength to overcome!

‘Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.’ (Hebrews 4:16 NKJV)

• Engage the Moment of Silence before decisions. As we advance this end time, we will face complex choices. At work, school, or in the marketplace. Before making decisions, pause, and engage in the ‘Moment of Silence,’ patiently listening to your Helper, The Holy Spirit, for Divine Wisdom; wisdom that is above the complexities of this world, and you will know what to say, what to do, and when to, always, leading to victory and escape from the craftiness and vices of the evil force of the age!
• Choose Christ even at the Point of Death. . . Finally, it may get to the very point, where demands are placed on you to choose between Christ or your life, please choose Christ. For life in Christ is beyond this world. Nothing, no one or no position in this world, is worth losing an Eternal, Ever Lasting Life with Christ! Choose Christ, even at the Point of Death. Shalom.
