I came across an article on Medium today by Amiel Handelsman, an article supporting Israel. I wanted to comment and lend my support, but he’d blocked any more comments. And the same for his other pro-Israel posts. Some had comments supporting him, but some had the usual anti-Israel, antisemitic choir. After a while, you get worn down and you just close the chapter. I understand why he wanted to block comments.
