Preparation of Lassi Drink:
Lassi drink is very easy to make, no hard work, it is made very quickly and it doesn’t take much of your time and in a few moments it is made in front of you and ready to drink. First, the yoghurt is stored in large earthenware pots. The yoghurt is brought in a little, then water is poured into it, and then it is shaken well and mixed. Well, you will keep the ratio of water and yoghurt to one and five. You can also change this ratio and make it as you like and make it as per your wish. There is no tension in it. And then it leaves a fresh butter on top of it, so understand that Lassi Drink is ready to be made. When this fresh butter touches your mouth and your Mustache, it is a very charming sight and a very joyful and heartwarming sight.
Types of Lassi Drink:
There are three types of Lassi drinks and everyone is very popular. Their names are listed below.

- Kacchi Lassi Drink
Salted Lassi Drink:
It is very easy to make a salty lassi drink. As soon as you have to put water in the yoghurt, you have to add salt in it according to your taste, then you have to bring it well and mix it. So that ingredients can mix well with each other. This lassi and salty lassi are very beneficial for the workers who work in the sun and heat. Due to this heat, in the form of sweat, salts are released from their body which also causes dehydration. So salty lassi drink is very beneficial for them to meet their salty needs which fulfil their salt requirement and keeps them fresh and energetic.
Sweetish Lassi Drink:
When mixing yoghurt and water, you have to add sugar to taste and then bring it well and mix it. When it leaves fresh butter on top of it, explain that the sweet lassi has become a drink and is ready in front of you, wanting me to take it. It is a great source of energy. Kacchi Lassi Drink:
Making a Kacchi Lassi beverage is a little different because we use milk instead of yoghurt. Milk contains salt and water. The ratio of milk to water is one to five. You can also change accordingly. There is no problem. Kacchi lassi drink is used especially at night before going to bed and especially after mangoes because you know that the effect of mangoes is very hot.

One question that may come to mind is why the people of Punjab use Lassi Drink in earthenware, jars, and utensils. The one reason is that it is a tradition of Punjab. The third reason is that using earthenware glasses and utensils protects you from many diseases. These diseases include cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. And that is why the people of Punjab are very healthy and the disease does not come close to them and they are very tall and powerful people.
