Summary

The article "Success Is Inevitable" illustrates how the universe provides for one's needs in unexpected ways, using the author's personal experience of receiving unexpected funds as an example of the universe's inherent support for success.

Abstract

The article discusses the natural provision of resources, drawing parallels between a mother's body preparing milk before a baby's birth and the universe equipping individuals with what they need for success. It recounts the author's experience of needing 400 urgently while in Portland, Oregon, and how, after embracing the belief that the universe would provide, he received 500 as a deposit for future balloon artistry events. This opportunity arose through a chain of connections starting from a chance encounter ten years prior. The author emphasizes that the universe prepares for future needs long before they become apparent, suggesting that individuals should trust in the eventual manifestation of their desires and goals.

Did you know that a woman starts lactating, during the fifth month of pregnancy, before the baby is even born?

Did you know that a mother’s milk contains the antibodies the baby might need as it develops?

Did you know that everything that you will ever need to succeed in your endeavor is already here in some form?

“The desire to do it is proof that you have within you the power which can do it. ~Wallace D Wattles

In July 2012, while I was in Portland, Oregon, I had an urgent need for $400 that I didn’t have. I didn’t know what to do, because I had tried everything I could. Then I remembered the above quote. I felt a sudden calm and decided to accept that the funds will be there.

An hour later, I received an email from a lady named Christy Engle. I had no idea who she was, but she said that Ann Tidwell told her to contact me. I knew Ann Tidwell. She had hired me to work a neighborhood Halloween Party the previous two years.

Ann had some health issues, and Christy was in charge of organizing the annual event. She also needed a balloon artist for another event. I called Christy, and we worked out the logistics. She provided me with the credit card information, and I was able to collect the $500 deposit for the two events while I was on the phone. It’s been more than seven years, but I have yet to meet Christy Engle in person. However, that is not the strangest part.

What I find astonishing about the whole incident is that I was introduced to Ann Tidwell by someone who saw me twisting balloons in a restaurant and asked me for a business card. I happened to be working there that night, because Lori Rizzo, another balloon artist, couldn’t make it and asked me to cover for her.

Lori Rizzo had met my friend Christine Sommer at a self-development retreat. Christine decided to introduce us because we were in the same line of work. I became friends with Christine when I joined Toastmasters ten years earlier.

In other words, the seed was sown ten years before the need for the money even arose.

If you have a desire or a goal that you’re not sure or feel confident about its success, take heart in knowing that just as a mother starts making milk long before the baby is born, the Universe has you covered.
