Success comes From Emotional Intelligence. How did I enhance my Emotional Intelligence?
Does emotional Intelligence enhance the Leadership skill?
Are you trying to get up earlier? Start a morning routine? Maybe you are trying to transform your life or go after an impossible dream radically. You might be working day and night to change the world. Regardless of what you aim to achieve, emotional intelligence will determine your success on some level.

What is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)?
Emotional intelligence or EQ is the ability to positively understand, use, and manage your emotions to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict. Each unique Personality Blend develops emotional intelligence differently.
Some different ways to practice emotional intelligence include:
- Being able to accept criticism and responsibility in your life.
- Being able to move on quickly after making a mistake.
- Being able to say no when you need to so you can say yes to yourself.
- Being able to share your feelings with others completely.
- Being able to solve problems in ways that are Win-Win situations.
By starting these practices I increased my strength of emotional intelligence. I don't hesitate to share my feelings with my friends and family members.

Daniel Goleman is an American psychologist who popularized the terminology emotional intelligence. We talked about Awareness already but here are the 5 elements of Emotional Intelligence.
- Self-awareness.
2. Self-regulation.
3. Motivation.
4. Empathy.
5. Social skills.
A huge part of developing self-awareness is strong interpersonal skills. Interpersonal Intelligence is a powerful skill that allows you to connect with everyone you come in contact with more genuinely.
Other Types of Emotional Intelligence:
- Linguistic.
- Logical/Mathematical.
- Spatial.
- Bodily Kinesthetic.
- Musical.
- Intrapersonal and Naturalist.

Conclusion:
EQ is the ability to identify and regulate one’s emotions and understand the emotions the others. A high EQ helps you to build relationships, reduce team stress, defuse conflict, communicate effectively, and improve job satisfaction. When an entire organization goes through Personality Based Training the EQ of the entire organization rises. Even the lowest level team member can seek to more genuinely connect with others and set an example that affects change throughout the entire organization. Inspire others by always showing up and giving your best!
