Submission Guidelines for Erotic Fantasies

Do you love turning people on with your words? Do you like to make people cum? Are you here to explore your own sexuality (I am!)? Then this is the right publication for you! Let’s explore our sexual fantasies and maybe, just maybe, dream up some new ones together. What do you say?
What we are all about:
We are creating a space for the hottest erotica on the internet. We accept all kinds of erotica, from vanilla to kinky. What’s better than living our fantasies through sexy stories, right?
We are a sex, body, and kink-positive publication. This is a safe place to read, write and explore different sexualities, kinks, fetishes, and anything that is hot and sexy. There are a few exclusions that I will mention below.
What are we looking for?
-Original erotic short stories- the hotter, the better
-Any fictional stories that allow our readers to explore new topics, genres, kinks, fetishes, etc…
-Your fantasies! Yes! Let’s share out fantasies with the world. Many of my fantasies take shape through my stories!
-Anything that turns you on! That’s why we are here! We want our words to be arousing, titillating, and inspire sexual exploration!
-Honestly, the dirtier, the more explicit, the better. We love that shit!
-Can include, but is not limited to, LGBTQ+, Cheating, Cuckold, Hotwife, BDSM, Bondage, CNC, Threesomes, Foursomes, Moresomes, Gangbangs, Bukkakes, Gender Swap, etc…
-Well-edited, cohesive stories of any word count. We will not be limiting word counts anymore, but there are plenty of articles out there that provide suggested guidelines on what works and what doesn’t. You do you, boo!
-Stories in DRAFT form — We will not publish pieces that were previously published in another pub or to your page.
-IMAGES — All stories must contain a main image that does not show nipples, penises, or vaginas. Your image must be attributed in the caption of the image (proving you have the right to use the image.) We find images in landscape view work best. Stories containing uncredited images or images not meeting the above requirements will be rejected.
What we are NOT looking for (AKA These are Not Allowed):
-Articles about better sex, sex toy reviews, or the emotional or mental aspect of sexual relations. We are partnering with Sex, Love, and Relationships and encourage you to send these articles to them!
-Anything Illegal — This includes straightforward rape, incest, minors, bestiality, etc. Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) is allowed so long as it states CNC in the title or subtitle and is apparent in the story that it is indeed consensual.
-Stories with significant grammatical/spelling errors or that are poorly written — We do not have time to line edit every story. Ultimately, your work is on display. We are just a vehicle to get it in front of an audience of like-minded readers. Please put your best foot forward. If we feel your story does not meet the minimum requirements, we will encourage you to revise and resubmit. We encourage the use of spelling and grammar checkers such as ProWritingAid and Grammarly. Word also has increased writing assistance now. All three have free versions that you can use to ensure your writing is accurate and concise. Please send us your best work.
-Poetry — We love poetry, but that’s not what we are looking for in this publication.
How to become a writer for us:
· It’s easy! Simply comment on this story/article, and we will get you added.
· New writers are welcome! Hey, we all have to start somewhere!
How to submit:
- Once we have added you as a writer, please submit your stories in draft form through the Medium Interface. To do so, when you are composing your draft, click the “…” in the upper right-hand corner and choose “add to publication.” Choose Erotic Fantasies from your list and click the save button. You will notice the green publish button now reads “submit.” When you are ready, click submit, choose your tags, and complete the submission. Please take note of the special sections below when choosing your tags.
Special Sections (Tags):
We have several new sections here at Erotic Fantasies that we are very excited about.
LGBTQ+: This section is dedicated to all of your stories that center on gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, queer, etc. We want to celebrate these stories, which is why we have a special section dedicated to them. When submitting, please include the tag “LGBTQ” in your story to ensure it shows up in this section.
Micro Erotica-This section is for short, 100–200 micro-stories. It’s amazing how much you can portray in such a short story. Get creative, be funny or sexy and be sure to use the tag “ Micro” when submitting.
Teasers- This is an exciting new section that will allow us as writers to publish teasers to some of our favorite stories. These should be approximately 500 words and can be sequels, prequels, or backstories to your favorite stories on medium. Here is the catch. We want your stories to reach a broader audience and to help draw readers to Erotic Fantasies, so these should be non-explicit, non-erotic stories. Can they be sexy? Sure! Let’s keep it PG13 and focus more on the character story and development. There is plenty of room for the sexy stuff in your original story. Here’s an example:
Did you write a story about a cheating wife? Perhaps you want to write a story about the fight your leading lady had with her husband leading up to it. Let the readers fall in love with your characters all over again and draw new readers to your stories! Please use the tag “Teaser” for these submissions.
Publishing Schedule:
· We publish stories as they come in, multiple times daily. Let’s be honest, though, sometimes life gets busy, and there may be a delay. We will always strive to publish stories or offer a response within 24 hours.
· If we get a significant number of submissions in one day, we may schedule some for the following day, but as of right now, we will publish ASAP. PLEASE NOTE: We have jobs and lives just like you. We will do our best to publish same day or sooner, but there may be times when it takes a bit longer. We appreciate your patience in advance.
