As you have somehow found this publication and have clicked the Submit section, I believe you’re interested in writing for Midnight Thoughts. So, without wasting your time, let me start with giving you a brief introduction of our publication so that you guys can get some idea of what you’re becoming a part of.
Midnight Thoughts is a humble effort, aimed at curating and providing readers with an eclectic mix of poetry, short stories and micro-fiction.
There are number of great publications, currently available on Medium, curating a great collection of poetry and short-stories and I will not exaggerate by saying that our publication will provide you with best opportunity. No, that’s not the case.
We want to be honest with you guys and the truth is our publication is in the initial stages and currently, we don’t have a great readership.
Nonetheless, the underlying characteristic of this publication is to be honest with its readers and to provide them with original and distinguished pieces of poetry, short-stories and fiction. And we are determined enough to reach unprecedented heights in the coming months.
So, without further ado, let’s get into submission guidelines.
1. What to do to be added as a writer?
As mentioned above, if you’re interested in writing poetry, short-stories and fiction, Midnight Thoughts is the perfect place for you.
So, if you want to contribute to this publication, all you have to do is to respond to this piece and soon, you’ll added as a writer.
Once you’re added as a writer, then all you have to do is to submit your work to Midnight Thoughts.
2. How long will it take for your pieces to be accepted?
Midnight Thoughts values your work and your artistic abilities therefore, the publication will not edit your work, unless needed. After your work is accepted, it will be published without any delay.
This whole process may take up to 24 hours, or most of the times, even less.
It’s as simple as it sounds. So, let’s get started!

With Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Masters in Human Anatomy & PhD in Neuroscience, Chirag is a distinguished and a passionate poet, penning down her thoughts on a variety of topics.
