Summary

The article "Stupid People" by White Feather reflects on the human tendency to judge others as stupid, advocating instead for love, understanding, and the recognition of each individual's unique path in life.

Abstract

The essay discusses the negative impact of labeling people as 'stupid' and emphasizes that such judgments are a product of the ego, which seeks superiority over others. It suggests that every person, regardless of their stage in life or understanding, is a divine creation, and that judgment creates separation from others and our collective Source. The author argues that releasing judgment and embracing love and oneness can lead to personal and collective evolution. The article encourages readers to shift from judgment to discernment, to feel love and beauty in all things, and to understand that each person is at a different point in their evolutionary journey.

Opinions

  • Judging someone as 'stupid' is a negative ego-driven judgment that creates a false sense of superiority.
  • Every individual is an equally divine creation, and there is no hierarchy in the value of human souls.
  • Judgment hinders the ability to feel connected to others and to the Source, contributing to conflicts and injustice.
  • People often judge others to feed their egos, which leads to a cycle of separation and the need for healing.
  • The author posits that we become what we judge, experiencing our judgments to ultimately heal and release them.
  • The article suggests that individuals are at different stages of their personal evolution, akin to being at different grades in school, and should not be judged for it.
  • There is a clear distinction between judgment and discernment; the latter allows for safety without the negative energetic connections.
  • The heart is portrayed as incapable of judgment, instead feeling love, joy, and beauty in all things and recognizing the oneness connecting everything.
  • Self-love is tied to the ability to love one's enemies, which is impeded by judgment.
  • The author calls for a shift from living in the 'noggin' (head) to the heart, fostering a transition from judgment to love.

Stupid People

Can we love them?

Does it piss you off that there are so many stupid people? Does it annoy you? Do you complain about it? Whether in your head, aloud, or in written words; do you ever call someone stupid?

When you look at a newborn human baby are you overcome with the beauty of it? Or do you think, That baby doesn’t know anything. It’s so stupid!

When you watch a six-year-old playing on the playground can you feel the joy that child is experiencing? Or do you think, That kid isn’t using logic and reasoning the way I do. They must really be stupid!

When you are a senior in high school do you consider everyone in lower grades to be stupid? And do you think that everyone older than you is stupid?

When you are in your sixties do you judge everyone in their twenties to be stupid?

Do you ever judge yourself as being stupid?

Stupid’ is a judgment. Judgment is strictly a noggin/ego function. The heart is where we feel love, joy, and beauty. We have been conditioned to use the brain to judge and classify every single solitary thing. Since we have developed powerful egos to control the thinking patterns in our brain, negative judgments of others feed those egos, creating a false sense of superiority over others. If others are stupid then you must be better than them.

Every single solitary human soul is an equally divine creation. There is no less than or better than. We are all part of the same Source. We are all connected through oneness.

Judgment is one of the main reasons we are unable to discover and feel that oneness. Judgment is why we feel separate, both from others and our Source. Without judgment there would be no wars and no injustice. Without judgment our egos would shrivel and then we would have the opportunity to discover our true selves behind the facade of our egos.

When we place a judgment on an individual or a group of individuals we are creating an impenetrable separation from them which creates an energetic need for that separation to be healed — no matter how long or how many lives that takes. Often we become that which we judge so we can personally experience our judgment and thereby have the opportunity to finally release and heal the judgment.

Every single human being is at a specific point in their own evolution. To use the school analogy, some people are in kindergarten and some are in middle school and some are in high school. They are not stupid simply because they are in a lower grade than you. Everyone is following their own path and no two paths are exactly the same. To judge someone according to the certain point where they happen to be on their own path only creates more and more separation, producing more and more impediments to everyone’s paths; for both the judge and the judged.

There is a huge difference between judgment and discernment. When we witness a maniacal mass murderer we can use discernment to steer clear of them. But when we judge them we empower them and create a karmic ‘connection through separation’ with them.

Humans have been trained to make judgments about everything. We make thousands of judgments a day. That is one reason why we are all stuck in our noggins. We have not been trained to use our hearts. Our hearts are incapable of making judgments. With our hearts we can feel the love, joy, and beauty in ALL THINGS. And with our hearts we can feel the oneness that connects ALL THINGS.

Our heart can teach us that we cannot love ourselves unless we love our enemies and that we cannot love our enemies unless we love ourselves. And we cannot love our enemies if we judge them. And we certainly cannot love ourselves if we judge ourselves.

If humans are ever to move forward in their paths of evolution we must begin taking the time to get out of our noggins and go into our hearts. Then we can go from judgment into love.
