With 365 days in the year, there may be some days when you are at a loss for ideas on an article topic. I know that this happened to me on more than one occasion. So, it has probably happened to you, as well.

Even if you maintain a list of potential article topics, that list may not work for you all the time.

Have you ever felt none of the topics interest you at all?

You can sit there and try to think of another topic to write about, but there is an easier way. Plus, it’ll help not stress yourself out trying to think of the next best thing to write about.

I can say it’s not something you’ll see other writers mention. Personally, I don’t think I have seen a writer say this before.

You won’t find it on someone’s top 10 or 20 topics to write about.

I could be wrong, but if it’s out there, not many writers know about it.

Even if you wrote five article topics a day and added them to your list, this is an easier one that you can steal and add to your tool kit. Plus, you won’t have to even write this down.

The article topics are very easy to find.

Maybe you may have even tried this before. If you did, please let me know…

A simple way to find over 100 article ideas

As a writer, it is easy to find article ideas. This is possibly one of the easiest ways, and of course, you need to use your creativity as well.

You see, articles that are already published are a good starting point. And finding them is rather simple.

Publications are your starting point. If you have already published on these sites, check some of the recent articles they published.

These are four sites that I frequently write on. I took a quick scan and found some interesting article headlines I listed below.

These are also some articles that these publications highlighted. Some are recent, and others may be popular reads.

I listed the general theme from the headline.

Engage — love, dreams, 3D printing

Illumination — nutrition, Medium’s recent update, writing

Publishous — parenting, anxiety, investments

Technology Hits — Chat GPT, AI images, Pixel phones, Twitter vs. Threads

Of course, there are other publications, so don’t let my recommended list stop you from checking other sites. There are still plenty of good publications to choose from.

Have you ever considered doing this when you were stumped for a new article?
