The beginning of emotional health is to let yourself feel. If not, unresolved feelings and thoughts build. We often think we are helping ourselves by not focusing on the feeling or the pain. In time though, it becomes a killer.

Just something to consider as we move into the end of the year and clearing the slate for a brand new year.
