Philosophy in Verse

Floating down a river Till the river is a stream… In a land of endless dreams, Life just makes one stronger. How many miles? Faster! Faster! Faster! Give up? Never! How much further? For quite awhile… Tho’ we shall endeavor Like lions born in Zion We keep on walking Till our legs are hurting Cause you cannot break iron. An engine that runs on diesel. In a universe so complex Yet life is so simple. Ignite the tinder and there burns the kindling In the cold winter, the spark is igniting! The fuel is burning! The strength to never give up, The strength of a mountain With a heart that’s golden. Hope to get a little bit of luck! Rolling down life In a broken down truck. What can a spark ignite? Till we grow wings Like legendary kings And we take flight And fly through the night.
