Unemployment, looming evictions and terrible economic outlook.

Unnatural deaths, rotting foundations and fights for justice.

There’s simply no time to think. But amidst all of this caring, there’s one thing you forgot.

Yourself.

I understand that in this situation, there seems to be no end to our stress.
