Stop Spitting On The Roads In India

Social change for clean India

The one thing I would like to change in India is that people should stop spitting on the roads. It is extremely dangerous.

I had heard from a friend that some days ago in Delhi, a man spitted and the spit fell on a woman and she got the coronavirus disease and died. Later I read a similar thing happening in the UK.

Eating and spitting of tobacco products are banned in India. It is now an offense in India to spit on the roads and it is punishable.

People are still not bothered and you see red walls and roads smeared with the spit of the famous paan in India.

I encourage everyone to spread awareness of the disastrous effects of spitting as it affects the health of the people adversely.
