Stop for a moment, in the pursuit of your happiness, and just be happy. How can I do that, you might ask? Cease all thoughts of the future, thoughts of today’s activities, and just be.

Take a few deep, deep breaths. Inhale, exhale. Let your anxiety dissipate into the atmosphere and sense joy flood your soul.

Just sit — wanting nothing expecting nothing. Lean your head back, extend your arms out to the side of your body. Absorb the universe or God.
