Stillness Speaks
Finding peace in the quiet moments

Dawn’s light creeps; not a soul stirs in the hush, Nature’s breath, soft and slow, in the morning’s blush. A world paused, moments frozen in time’s embrace, Silence is a canvas upon which we trace.
Beneath the cacophony of life’s relentless pace, Lies a realm of stillness, a subtle, tranquil space. Here, thoughts meander, unrestrained, unrestricted, In quietude, the heart whispers secrets to the soul, a key.
Mountains stand, ancient guardians of silence profound, Their stoic peace resonates, a soothing sound. Rivers flow with a gentle, murmuring grace, In their mirror, life’s complexities face.
Cities awake, their clamour grows loud and fierce, Yet, between the beats, silence pierces like a spear. Amidst the hustle, a quiet nook can always be found, A sanctuary where one’s essence is genuinely unbound.
In the stillness, we confront our innermost fears, Shedding layers of noise till the truth appears. It’s not in the void but in the pause where wisdom lies, A bridge to the self under the vast, open skies.
Reflection’s friend, stillness invites us to dwell, On life’s beauty, in moments where we truly excel. Not as an escape but a journey to what’s real, A touchstone for the soul, allowing us to heal.
The world spins relentlessly, in its orbit bound, Yet, in our hearts, a quiet oasis can be found. A moment’s pause, a deep breath in the fray, Reveals a path to clarity, come what may.
In stillness, life’s melody finds its purest tone, A symphony of silence, where we’re never alone. For in the quiet, we discover a shared beat, A universal rhythm, subtle and sweet.
Let us then seek these moments, rare and bright, Where stillness speaks, and in it, we find light. A peace that lingers beyond time’s relentless flow, In the heart of quiet, where true selves we come to know.

During the holiday /vacation days, I love letting go of all my stress and leaving it at home. I live to find peace in the days with my family and the silence between the moments of life.
