Stepping Into a 100 Day Journey
Learning how to expand to my infinite self one step at a time

Stepping onto the path, everything is unknown. Everything is a mystery. That is what life is like. Often we like to know where we are going. We want a roadmap. We want to know how to get there. However, if we stop asking how and just trust, that is when life leads us down the path to expansion.
Embarking on a journey into the unknown is what I am about to do. Last week during my week off I read an incredible book called The Infinite Self by Stuart Wilde. My dear friend told me about the book, so I decided to read it. To say that it changed my heart, soul and way of being in a short amount of time is an understatement. This book is a profound guide on how to live, trust and go down the unknown path to freedom in your heart. That is truly what I have been seeking as I search for ways to spread light in this world.
I want to share this quote about life not having definite boundaries from the book. I love this quote because it is expansive. It is infinite. It is always growing, just like the life force that flows through all things. I have often felt this life energy and I am about to learn more about it.
Only the ego needs to define, discriminate, quantify, and measure things in order to create an edge or framework to life so it can feel secure and comfortable with what little it knows and comprehends. But the eternity of the grace of God flows through the life force of plants, trees, animals, humans and all things. It doesn’t have a boundary or a definition. -The Infinite Self- Stuart Wilde

Starting on Monday, July 6th, 2020, I will write a short piece each day for 100 days discussing quotes from the book, what I have learned, and I will do all of the activities in the book. This journey is one that I feel called with all of my being to take.
This is a journey of the heart. This is a journey of the soul. This is a journey of growth. This is a journey of expansion. This is a journey of finding my true calling. This is a journey of finding my true offering to the world.
As I take the first steps onto this path, I have already made some changes. I have begun to rise even earlier. After meditation I take a walk outside in the crisp morning air. With each step I take on my walk, I feel my being expanding. I feel my trust growing. I feel my calling getting stronger.
Today I saw a vision of a book I am to write. I saw it clearly while I was sitting in meditation. I know as I take steps on this path I will feel more of what I am meant to write. I will see sparks of what I am called to create. I will hear whispers of what I need to share.
On this journey there are no definites. There are no guarantees. There is no known outcome. I have to go all in with my heart. I have to jump in with my soul. I have trust.
I feel ready to take this path. I am prepared to step out into the world. I am in love with the mysteries yet to come. I feel my soul lighting up with each step. As the morning dew touches my feet, I keep taking each step with wonder and delight. What will this journey bring? What will I learn? How will I grow? What ideas will come to me? What offerings will spring up? Who will I meet on the path? These questions fuel my curiosity as I take this journey of 100 days.
I encourage you to read along. I enourage you to join me. What is your 100 day journey? What expansion is your soul ready for?
