Thank you so much, everyone, for increasing my knowledge about the trees, for introducing me to your favorite trees, and for the mesmerizing pictures. I can teach a lot to my students about different varieties of trees from one side of the globe to the other now. Thank you.

What can I say about my favorite person on Medium, Dr. Preeti Singh? She is the most amazing editor, mentor, and friend. Her inspiring pieces and prompt that led to your sensational responses made me enjoy nature even more.

I agree with arun, who wrote, “All trees are special to me. I can’t distinguish one from the other. If it is in my hands, I will protect all I can. If I have the prowess, I will embrace everyone on the planet.”

It’s not fair to distinguish between the bounties of nature. I also wholeheartedly agree with his second point that trees are a treasure trove of inspiration, love, and support.

Thank you, arun, for sharing your love of trees with us this week.

Joyce Nielsen shared her unique connections with North American Paper Birch trees. According to her, they’re beautiful, fast-growing trees of moderate height and can add 10% more value to the properties. Wow!

Joyce shows her love for her favorite tree by writing a sonnet:

An Ode That Glorifies My Favorite Tree

“You set my creativity free

I could paint pictures then.”

Ah. What a stirring tribute. She’s an active contributor to the nature column on Reciprocal, as I enjoy all her pieces very much.

Thank you, Joyce Nielsenfor letting us into your sparking natural world and the birch tree.

I could paint pictures then”

I read Elvie Lins’s piece yesterday when Toronto’s weather was gloomy and cold, but her lovely photos of the fascinating flowers stimulated my energy immensely.

I’m floored by her message. “Exotic flowers are a beautiful gift from nature, capable of providing stunning works of art. They come in all shapes and sizes, from rarities like the Red button Ginger to more common varieties such as Chinese Hibiscus and Mexican Plumeria. It is a testament to how far and wide our relationship with the natural world extends, connecting people and places across continents. Just like the African flower’s ability to thrive in its new home in Asia is also a reminder that one can start anew, even in difficult circumstances.”

Thank you, Elvie Lins, for taking us to the beautiful blooming flowers in Malaysia.

William J Spirdione's love for nature is visible in every sonnet he writes in various publications, but that will be an incorrect statement. I would like to qualify and say that he elevates the beauty of nature through his words every time. I’ve read nearly every piece (sorry if I missed something), and

I’m always impressed, inspired, and influenced by his writings. In this post, he described his love for the Eastern White Pine tree.

I loved his heartwarming description and appreciation. “I recognize its service to the forest. It still has so much left to give. Maybe the old pine is calling for someone to give it some notice.”

Thank you, William J Spirdione, for taking us on this nature walk to meet your old friend.

My fascination with purple reached another level after reading Neera Handa Dr’s post, “Sydney at the moment is blazing with purple fire, yes, the jacaranda tree is in full bloom!”

Jacaranda trees are in full bloom from early November and spreading purple petal showers to nature lovers. How exciting!

Thank you, Neera Handa Dr, for telling us about your favorite tree in Australia and how you have been enjoying its bloom with your daughter and now with your granddaughter.

“Jacaranda, with its short span of life in which it paints the whole town purple, every year, at this time of the year, remains my favorite tree!”

Monoreena Acharjee Majumdar is an accomplished artist, fantastic poet, and a beautiful painter, and I’m so pleased that she shared her love of many trees and not just one. Reading her post was such an enriching experience for me because I learned additional facts about different trees and the latest research about the emotionality of the trees.

Thank you, Monoreena Acharjee Majumdar, for taking us along the ride while visiting your favorite trees.

We all agree that trees are living, breathing, and feeling beings like us but more compassionate, generous, and enigmatic.
