It’s important to also incorporate positive affirmations alongside our dreams. By telling ourselves things like “You deserve it,” “You’ve got this,” or “You will achieve your dreams,” we strengthen our belief in ourselves and our abilities. Remarkably, our brains respond to these affirmations, reinforcing our determination and motivation to reach our goals.
So, remind your dreams to your brain consistently.
Whatever you tell your brain, it believes.
