A mistake I admit to making.

If your anything like me, your flowing with excitement every time you start a new business venture or opportunity. However, if you make the mistake of not having systems in place, you won’t be profitable. No matter how excited you are to launch.

What do you mean by systems?!

Having systems setup in your business means to have a workflow and efficient process for tasks and challenges as they come up.

For example: If your a blogger like me, one of the systems you need in place, especially before starting, is your affiliate links system.

Imagine you gain traction quicker then expected, but all the views and impressions your seeing are not getting your affiliate products offered to them.

Chances are, your missing out on money. This is the exact mistake I made

If you are an e-commerce store, systems may look like shipping processes, customer support systems, etc.

If you haven’t taken the time to ponder systems that you’ll require, your going to be caught off guard and maybe even lose money.
