Start the New Year Without Resolutions

I did some googling and found out that most of those who make resolutions fail.

The number of people that stick to them was under ten percent.

How many can say that they ever accomplished all of their resolutions?

Creating a list of them isn’t practical or sustainable. It’s overwhelming, and we cast them aside before we even start.

Prioritize and pick one attainable goal that you can stick to. Map out a plan. Change doesn’t happen overnight. If your goals are too lofty, you will give up shortly after you begin. You may have setbacks, but keep moving forward, and don’t get discouraged. Take baby steps and remember a small amount of progress every day is better than none.

On New Year’s Eve, instead of resolutions, set your intentions and tell the Universe what you want!
