Stalking A Stalker
Poetry challenge submission: Paper Poetry

Eyes track me as I move Room to room No binoculars needed I am being tracked By a predator, instincts Hardcoded into DNA Centuries old I hold her Precious in my hand A wand toy of infinite Bloodlust and desire And as I creep by Barefoot My cat lunges at me She’s a pro at this Me? I need practice Stalking a stalker is no mean feat.
