Spooktacular October Flash Fiction Contest Alert

Time is ticking

To my fiction writing friends,

I wanted to give you a head’s up on a fun writing contest, hosted by Scribbler. Scribbler is a subscription box service that focuses on writers. They also host writing contests every month.

They just posted their latest October microfiction writing contest where you could win a super cool Qwerkywriter Typewriter-inspired keyboard. I’ve had this keyboard on my wish list for a while (I learned how to type on an “old-fashioned” typewriter, what can I say?!).

Of course, it is a Halloween-themed contest, with 500 words or less. They posted three photos to base your story on, but get writing as the submission deadline is October 22nd.
